Heads Up! The Flock is Coming!
There as always been interest in the creation and modification of sports logos. This is the first in a series of branding and identity for mock expansion hockey teams. The idea was to create a mock expansion team for the National Hockey League called the Jersey Gulls. The project included the research and development for the team name and mascot, as well as, the creation of logos, uniforms, apparel, and advertising arena banners.
The plan is to start a project series for rebranding the NHL teams that currently exist, as well as ones that have been defunct. There are a lot of great team names that lend themselves to revitalized branding.
